It turns out Panic! at the Disco's new album is missing something.

Frontman Brendon Urie tells "Revolt TV" that "Miss Jackson" - the lead single from Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! - was supposed to feature a sample of the Fiona Apple song "Every Single Night."

But he says Fiona "wasn't having it" and refused to give the band permission to use the clip.  Urie says that as a longtime fan he was hurt by the rejection.  And while he hasn't completely left that anger behind, he says he still loves Apple's music.

Check out the interview below:

Panic! at the Disco reworked "Miss Jackson" - which was originally titled "Bad Apple" - and released it back in July.  The track cracked the top ten on iTunes, while Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! went on to debut at number two on the Billboard 200 last month.
